| Municipal Court Court is held the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday of each month with a morning and afternoon session. There is a night court the 1st Tuesday of each month at 4:00PM. Mediation cases are scheduled on the 3rd Friday of each month. The violation window is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If anyone is unable to make a payment at the violations window and does not want to mail in their payment, they are welcome to drop the payment in the drop-box, located outside, in front of the Municipal Building. | Public Works Department Responsibilities of The Public Works Department include: Recycling, the Road Department, Parks, Beautification, and Municipal Docks. Recycling is collected at curbside once per week alternating between commingled collection and paper collection. Please refer to the Township's Recycling Calendar to determine your recycling zone and which product is collected on any given week. The Recycling Calendar was mailed to each resident in mid-December, if you require a copy, you may pick one up at the Department of Public Works, the Recycling Center or the Municipal Clerk's Office. Calendars can also be mailed. The township also operates an extensive recycling operation for items which are not curb collected, details on which can also be found in the calendar. | Tax Collector Joseph Regatts The Tax Collector is responsible for the billing, collection, reporting and enforcement of municipal taxes for the Township of Lacey.
